Hi Everyone ! A friend of mine posted this on a forum i am on, and I thought I would share it with you all, He own's an African grey, and he thought that since it is only almond's and water that it is completely fine for our fids, and very nutritional. Kind of like one of those, thing's where they want what they can't have So this is definitely an alternative if you want to give them something, but you can't because what you are eating is dairy ! Im thinking it's a great thing to add to their organic cereal lol ! Anyway's here is the article on how to make it www.ehow.com/how_4877285_make-almond-milk.html It would be easier if we also went and grew an almond tree... and my friend from the forum, has one, he say's it is a self pollinated tree and it is called a Halls Hardy. here is information about the Hall's Hardy Almond tree. gurneys.com/product.asp?pn=08696&bhcd2=1270612862But in the long run, i am sure there are many different Almond tree's that we can consider

They can eat dairy, in small quantities. Preferably nonfat. Scooter likes plain yogurt.
