In march, i had aquired a green cheek conure breeding pair. If you had seen the 'my flock' post from a few months back. This summer Mojo's Mate Libby had passed away, and so i had buried her in my back yard, i have owned Mojo for 7 months, but i had run out of time at the moment to care for both parrots and my growing 'zoo', so i had to rehome him. He went to a nice couple today, who i hope really enjoy's him. I really liked him alot even though he was super vocal, it was almost unbearable. But after awhile with living with him, it was managable. I do hope that they will be his forever home.
Also i believe that Cinder's behaviour had changed dramatically due to Mojo's presence, we will see in the next while if he improves at all.

Ah, sorry but maybe it is the best for both.
Kozzie has gotten vocal since we moved. I think he yells at the sunlight now.

I had Kozzie as an only bird for 7 ish years before I got rafiki. He is a Brown Headed parrot. he took it pretty well. I love Rafiki and won't give him up but, I am not sure if I would do it again. I probably would.
I didn't know what a Brown headed parrot was till I bought him so I assume people are thinking I am giving them a description of him. He is related to a Sennegal in case you didn't know.
Kozzie talks hooman very well. When he wants to. But the yelling I could do without. lol! And he is teaching Rafiki to yell.

Brown headed parrots are gorgeous, i googled them once out of curiousness. lol. I would love to see photos of both of your boys. i believe getting another parrot is due to MBS (Multiple bird syndrome)

I will put some pics up as soon as I figure out how and have time.
Rafiki is so different than Kozzie. I have to move differently around him. He spooks very easily. I have to remember to move my hands slowly and not go over his head or I will get bit. All he wants to do is have his head rubbed and attack his toys. He is very sweet really. But he bites harder than Kozzie!
