What do you feed to make sure your conure gets plenty of vitamin K and doesn't get conure bleeding disease? What veggies are rich in it that your conure likes? Mine seems to prefer fruits to leafy greens, unfortunately... and he picks and chooses from his forumlated diet as well.

This is a really Good vitamin to give parrots, i am picking some up for Cinder.. and you can put it in his water or on top of their veggies etc. I also think Organic Red Palm Oil would be something you should consider It does Wonders www.naturechest.com/nektons.html

I make a birdie bread for my GCC Keegan that has both pureed kale and broccoli in it (along with lots of carrots, sweet potato, and beets). I like that he gets the vitamin from real food and he enjoys the bread every morning.
he's also on harrison's, which makes me feel fairly secure about his diet.
